Return & Refund Policy

At kafsh.run, we want every pair of shoes you purchase to fit perfectly and keep you moving comfortably. Given the nature of footwear retail, please review our policy carefully:

• Return Window: Return or size exchange requests for eligible footwear items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition with all original shoe boxes, tags, and protective packaging fully intact.
• Defective/Damaged Items: Footwear requires careful transit handling. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect pair of shoes, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an instant size replacement or refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Shoes showing signs of outdoor wear, scuffed soles, missing shoeboxes, or products past the initial 7-day return window cannot be accepted for return due to our strict quality standards.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit) once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the returned footwear.
